The initial payment will be withdrawn at the time of checkout.

For repeat orders payments are automatically scheduled, and your billing date will be determined by your first order date I.E if you set up your first order on the (1st January, then your next billing date will be February 1st).

If you wish to cancel your subscription we require a 30 day notice period this way we can make sure your order is cancelled and payments are removed from your bank. If you advise us of the cancelation any time after the order has gone through we cannot cancel, I.E if you order is due to go out at 12pm Monday evening and you request a change Tuesday 10am we cannot honour the cancellation and the payment will be taken and the order shipped.

If you change address during the term of your subscription, you can do this via your account and it will take effect the following month.

Our subscriptions are set the same way as our products, I.E if you have a 28 day product your subscription will auto generate every 28 days, if you have a 60 day product your subscription will auto generate every 60 days.

All subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled via email or your account.
