The terms and condition outlined below relate to SunVit-D3’s product subscription service.


Upon ordering a subscription to SunVit-D3, you will be charged immediately for the first month and then once a month thereafter on the same date each month. You will be emailed an order confirmation before your product is dispatched every month. You will be billed in advance. If you were first billed on the 31st of the month, then in shorter months your billing date will instead fall on the last day of the month.

We do not store your credit card details on our site or systems. Future orders are debited from the same card which is held by our Credit Card Agency, Sage Pay. Find out more about Sage Pay here.


Refund/Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. We ask that you return the product within 5 working days of it being delivered to you. Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund within 7 working days. and cancel your subscription payment at the same time.

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the cooling off period, you can amend or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking the Subscriptions section. In the Subscriptions tab, you will be able to manage your active subscriptions, cancel subscriptions and update your payment information. You can cancel your subscriptions at anytime with immediate effect up to 3 days before your reoccurring order date. Orders cancelled less than 3 days before the recurring payment date may still be processed.



Payments will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You can manage your account here.


Change of Price

We reserve the right to amend the price of our products at any time. If we amend the cost of your subscription product you will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new price comes into effect. You have the right to subsequently cancel your subscription with immediate effect if you notify us within 7 days of price change.


Right to Cancel/Suspend Subscription

We reserve the right to suspend this subscription upon failure to pay the pre-agreed subscription costs. In the event of the advance payment not being received we will cease delivery of your subscribed-to product until such time that payment is reinstated. The date that payment is reinstated will then become your new billing date for the remainder of your subscription.
